RETURNS

 

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, EXCEPTIONS, OR CANCELLATIONS. Store credit only. Items purchased from ITGIRLACCESSORIES.COM are eligible for Store Credit within 7 days after delivery. 

 

 

  • Please note that Customers are responsible for return shipping .
  • NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.
  • RETURN CONDITIONS - Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

We will send you an email when your return package is received. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will get a confirmation email.

 

DAMAGED GOODS:

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service Customerservice@itgirlaccessories.com immediately.

    • Most items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service  (USPS) and take approximately 3-5 business days to be delivered.
    • Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase once your order is shipped..
    • Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
    • PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS COMPLETE AND ACCURATE, THIS INCLUDES APARTMENT NUMBERS, CORRECT ZIPCODE, ETC.

    • Itgirlaccessories.com does not claim responsibility for any packages once they are shipped. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS. 

    • Any packages returned to Itgirlaccessories.com because of an incorrect address can be resent, but the customer has to pay the shipping again.

     Do you ship internationally? Not yet, but very soon Babes! Delays are super prevalent now due to Covid 19. We just want to offer folks the best in customer satisfaction.

    Do you gift wrap? Yes, for everything excluding our customized necklaces, which are outsourced.

     

    Will the jewelry that I purchased from Itgirlaccessories.com turn color or fade? Even though our jewelry is made of high-quality plated materials, this is NOT a solid gold or silver, and you need to take a little extra care of it. Please do not spray the jewelry with perfume or continuously expose it to water and/or chemicals. Itgirlaccessories.com is not responsible for exchanging or replacing the piece with a new one. Of course, accidents happen, so you can always contact us, and we will look through your unique circumstances.
