Fashion Accessories Confidential - The Style Secret Stifling Your Swag

Fashion Accessories Confidential – The Style Secret Stifling Your Swag

FASHION sense isn’t a trait that most of us are born with.

We’re not waah-waah-waahing straight out of the birth canal demanding Chanel and Stella McCartney. We’re naked. For the love and hate of FOMO,  Cityrocka Perry can only SPECULATE about the humble beginnings of STYLE choices. There are so many questions that I’d like to have answers to—like, who was the fashion strategist that decided that cave people should wear their animal skins asymmetrically? And WHO had the insight and wisdom to already know that leopard spots aren’t just a trend or a random pattern? They were so right in predicting that animal prints would be staples in our society. And then came the style accessories, shell necklaces—gladiator sandals. Fess up.Who amongst my Fabulous blog readers believes that Anthropologie was the creator?

It’s time to give fashion credit where it’s due. No more secrets. When you see celebrities modeling that ring, hat, belt, scarf, set of earrings, bracelet or necklace, how many times have you had to wonder, “where did they get that from?” It’s time for transparency. Who wants to know where SHINE BRIGHT LIKE A DIAMOND songstress Rihanna gets all of her fashion accessories from STAT? No need to troll your Instagram search box, the source is ACCESSORIHS.

And who wants in on hip jewelry designers doing big things at a price that we all can afford? What Cityrocka Perry enjoys most about this fashion accessories is the element of being your own style leader.#NoCookieCutter. Therein lies the secret to fashion accessories confidential. Be unique with it every WAKING chance that you get. As an example, check out one of my specialized finds below:

Eric Daniel Designs – I want to get Cityrocka spelled out in metal more than I want to complete this post right now. NO ONE would suspect and/or believe the cost of this baby. I know—you love me. I love you back.

Or what about the above customized REAL LEATHER BRACELET from Lisa Banet Dickey? So Boho, so cutting edge and kicka@@. $20.00?  Now layer them in different colors. Tell me that’s not some true rockstar ish.

There are some real superstars on Etsy, like this one too. The same goes for necklaces. (in your best heavy English accent) CAN-YOU-PLEASE-HAVE-SOME-MORE? Sketchadesign is the BUSINESS. Repping a city skyline? Fashion doesn’t get any BIGGER than that. Shoes? How about these tiny cutsey Kanye West-ish baby mocs by Pretzelzandpitailz? Swag.Swag.Swag. From cool flash tattoos for bridesmaids to roomy personalized monogram tote bags (yes, I am a fan of the custom), it’s all yours at a good price.  Oh, and guess what Cityrocka is getting paid to promote these vendors? Nada. And it’s A-Okay.

“But Cityrocka Perry, I love them all, but I don’t have time to search for these fantastic picks of yours.”

Of course you don’t. That’s what I”M HERE FOR. This style blog is about to have you super HOOKED. Follow this accessories chick on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. Sign up for my RSS feed, I’m about to bring the fashion heat. That’s not a threat, it’s a promise.

It’s true…we weren’t born with styles and fashion secrets in mind! I grew up more as a “tom-boy”, and therefore did not adhere to the “fashion sense” of the girly-girls! Now, I wear jewellery, but I don’t change it up. I wear the same pieces day in and day out!!!

I love the bracelet. The way it “latches” is super pretty. Would be a perfect first day of school present for my daughter.

I myself can relate to the “we’re not born with style”. I wasn’t always confident in myself when I was younger. I used to have this laidback style with a sort of shy attitude. Overtime I gained confidence and my fashion style became more of taking risks and being very edgy. The bracelets are super stylish!
